Hollywood stars are demanding a 'world without nuclear weapons in a new video.

The video, produced by Global Zero, features celebrities like Whoopi Goldberg, Morgan Freeman and Christoph Waltz.

"The message from Natural Security experts and citizens around the world is clear: the only way to eliminate the global nuclear danger is to eliminate all nuclear weapons," Michael Douglass said. "It's time to set the wold's course to zero."

This plea is a response to this week's G-8 Summit in Northern Ireland.

The Cinè Institute, home of the newly formed Jollywood, will hold a fundraising showcase in New York City.

Jollywood was named after the school's home town Jacmel and the world famous Hollywood in hopes of making a once-torn Haiti shine. 

"We felt this was a cause coherent with the cultural mission we are promoting here in New York. We felt we should really support this school." said President of the FIAF Marie Monique-Steckel. 

The fundraiser called Haiti Optimiste will feature films from Cinè Institute's students. 

Fashion photog Marc Baptise, Actor Ben Stiller, and Singer Emeline Michel will all be participating in the event. 

"The obvious perception of Haiti is extremely negative. The news portrays it as full of violence, destruction, corruption, and disease," says Cinè Institute founder David Belle."I've been living here for 20 years, and I'm not a glutton for punishment. I remain there because I see so much potential and creativity in Haiti, and that will be very much on display on the stage."

The fundraiser will take place on January 24.

I know it's been a while since you last heard from me. I have been busy adjusting to relocation. Last month, I moved to Los Angeles and it's taken more out of me then I thought possible. But hey, that's what moving 5,000 miles away from home will do to you ! Even though it's been a little rough, I do not regret a thing. Ann Rutherford, an actress who captured audiences with her role in the Hollywood classic "Gone with the Wind," died on Monday.

Rutherford appeared in "A Christmas Carol," and numerous Andy Hardy movies before landing the role of Scarlett O'Hara's youngest sister in "Gone with the Wind."

Anne Jeffrey's, a close family friend, told media that Rutherford died as a result of heart failure.

She was 94.
