Janet Jackson is officially a billionaire.

The music legend reportedly earned $458 million through concert tours, $304 million through acting, $260 million in album sales, and $81 million from endorsement deals.

Jackson has joined the ranks of celebrity billionaires, like Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, and J.K. Rowling.

New York Fashion week kicks off on Wednesday with the amFAR Gala.

The black-tie event is held every year on the eve of fashion week in honor of individuals who have contributed to the fight against AIDS.

This years' honorees include: Heidi Klum, Janet Jackson, and Kenneth Cole.

The gala, which had its' show in 1998, has raised over $10 million to date.
