"Islamic Art: Mirror of the Invisible World" will premiere on PBS this Friday.

The 90 minute documentary is a part of PBS' seven week Summer Arts Festival.

The film, directed by Rob Gardner, will feature nine countries and document over 1,000 years of Islamic cultural history.

"Though Islamic art differs from Western art in some respects, like all art it carries the values and perspectives of its creators, as well as those who commissioned it — whether religious or secular," said Gardner.

"The film provides a never before seen window into a culture of increasing importance to America, and sheds light on the shared histories between Western culture and Islamic culture, revealing over time much more continuity than division."

The documentary will premiere at 9:00 pm ET on PBS this Friday.

Mr. Rogers went viral after PBS posted a "Garden of the Mind" remix on Youtube.

Mr. Rogers stared in "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood" on PBS for over 30 years.

He died in 2003 at age 74.

The song, "Garden of the Mind", encourages children to use their imagination.

PBS plans to make more remixes featuring other PBS figures to introduce them to a new generation.
