Paula Deen admits to using the N-word

Paula Deen admitted to using the N-word in a lawsuit deposition.

The celebrity chef is being sued by Former Restaurant Manager Lisa T. Jackson who claims that Deen committed acts of violence, racism, and discrimination.

Read part of the deposition (below):

Jackson lawyer : "Miss Deen, have you told racial jokes?"

Deen: "No, not racial."

Jackson lawyer: "Have you ever used the 'N' word yourself?"

Deen: "Yes, of course."

Deen went on to say that her use of the word has changed over time.

"But that's not just a word that we use as time goes on," she said. "Things have changed since the '60s in the South. And my children and my brother object to that being used in any cruel or mean behavior."
