Hugo Chavez killed by Heart Attack

The Venezuelan government announced that  President Hugo Chavez died from a heart attack on Wednesday.

General Jornella described the President's last moments.

"He couldn't speak but he said it with his lips ... 'I don't want to die. Please don't let me die,' because he loved his country, he sacrificed himself for his country," he said.

According to reports, President Chavez was suffering from a respiratory infection the night before his death.

Chavez was 58.
