J.J Abrams to receive Lifetime Achievement Award


Film director J. J. Abrams will receive the Norman Lear Achievement Award on January 26.

The award will presented to him by the Producers Guild of America in Los Angeles.

"J.J. Abrams has produced some of the most iconic and highest rated television shows of the past decade and longer, series that have changed the landscape of television," said PGA Chairman Michael Deluca.

Abrams is known for his work on 'Star Trek,' and countless television shows, including "Felicity," "Lost," and "Fringe."
