Andy Griffith died from heart attack

TV legend Andy Griffith died from a heart attack, according to his death certificate.

Griffith reportedly suffered from hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary artery disease.

The 'Andy Griffith Show' actor reportedly had a heart attack a day before he died and passed away at 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

He was 86.
