'Moesha' star Yvette Wilson dies

Yvette Wilson, the comedian most known for her role in the TV Sitcom , 'Moesha', died after battling cervical cancer on Thursday.

Her former castmate, Shar Jackson, broke the news on Twitter last night:  "I wanna thank all my tweeties for their prayers but God has chosen to take my sister Yvette home...."

She was 48.
