Motown singer Deke Richards has died
Motown songwriter Deke Richards has died.
The songwriter, whose real name is Dennis Lussier, contributed to some of Motown's biggest hits.
Songs in the late songwriter's catalog include, The Jackson 5's 'I Want You Back' and The Supremes's 'Love Child.'
According to Universal Music Group, Richards died after suffering esophageal cancer.
He was 68.
