Mayan Calendar does not end in 2012

New discoveries in Guatemala show Mayan calendars that go beyond 2012.

The calendars were discovered in an ancient scribe room in the ruins of Xultun.

"The numbers we found indicate an obsession with time and cycles of time, some of them are very large," says William Saturno, an archaeologist at Boston University.

Victoria Bunker of Tulane University, calls it, " A fascinating discovery and a first in Maya archaeology."
